Cola BBQ sauce, Roasted habanero and bacon sauce, 5 pepper death sauce

Smoked Marrow bones

House smoked beef marrow bones with escargot, san Marzano tomatoes and crostini. Add a bourbon shot for the finishing canoe. Ask your server.

Fried Halloumi cheese
